I have been contacted by a family member who has kindly sent me photos of Joseph and William Thurman.

Looking at the photographs certainly reminds you of just how young these boys who left the village never to return were!

Hi Linda, I’m another of the Thurman brothers great grand daughters. My grandfather was Isaacs. Isaac and Dorothy had three children, Dorothy, Graham and William. William died at birth. My mum is Dorothy and I have a younger sister Jenny. I’d like to thank everyone for sharing their family photos. I’ve loved seeing them.
